About Us The principal consultant is Dr. Noordeen Arooz Shariff. He is an experienced management consultant with many satisfied clients located in different parts of the world. For the past two decades, Noordeen has practiced in the greater Los Angeles area, in Southern California, USA, providing management consulting services to a select clientele. He earned his doctorate degree in Management from USC (University of Southern California) in Los Angeles. The specialized field of study for his doctorate was focused on developing tools to quantitatively assess management styles in school districts. Prior to that, Noordeen obtained two masters degrees in "Organizational Theory" and "Implementing Organizational Changes". He obtained an honors under-graduate double degree in Labor Studies and General Studies. Professionally, he obtained a fellowship in Accounting from England, and as a young man served an apprenticeship in a public accounting firm. Soon after serving his apprenticeship in accounting, he worked for some years with IBM. Thereafter, he acquired entrepreneurial experience in a group of companies that handled handled import/export trading, real estate development, wholesale and retail trading, and manufacturing.
Noordeen hails from Sri Lanka, originally, where he continues to have business and other relationships. He has a wife who is involved in charities and pre-school education, and three children who have pursued successful careers in law, medical research, and market research. |
